Sorry I’m not sure about the current market price at this area..but almost 1 year ago..new house with only 20′x70′ will cost around 160K for bumi lot.. the price is increasing i guess coz indahpura is a city surrounds with many upcoming facilities..

Waalaikumussalam..pump tu just handcarry je..tak masuk luggage pun..sbb dlm flight lama..if travel dlm negeri..sepatutnye takde problem pn nak bawak ke hulu hilir susu perahan tu skali pun..i guess la..if nak declare..bleh pergi tanya kat kaunter..tanye pekerja dia..sbb mcm kita declare yg kita pregnant..any details rasanye better tanye staff kat airport tu..bleh contact diorang before nak naik flight untuk preparation..sbb lain flight..lain peraturannya..
